Reports & Complaints

Use this page to report a fault or submit a complaint: street lighting, road surface, water leaks, illegal dumping, stray animals, noise or any other matter within the Council's remit.

Give the location as precisely as you can and leave a contact number. Reports are logged on receipt and passed to the responsible portfolio holder. You will be told what action is taken and, where the matter falls outside the Council's powers, which authority it has been referred to.

• Faults are acknowledged within two working days
• Anonymous reports are recorded but cannot be followed up with you
• Emergencies affecting safety should be reported by telephone
